Tammy Booth is Founder and President of Administrative Intelligence and has over 20+ years of administrative experience. For the last 13 years, Tammy has enjoyed
working virtually and has been successful in supporting several virtual executives and offices in various cities in the U.S. Whether they support a small start-up
company on an ongoing basis or a large corporation on an as needed basis, their clients can count on her and her team to get the job done in a timely, professional
and confidential manner.
Tammy began her career in northern California where she gained administrative experience in marketing and sales for a computer manufacturer in the Silicon Valley.
After relocating to the Los Angeles area, she spent the next 17 years in executive search and management consulting working for several top-level firms, including
Korn/Ferry International, Ray & Berndtson, Inc. and Brad Marks International, serving clients in the areas of finance and entertainment. In 2002, she partnered with
several other experts in the area of development and fundraising for the nonprofit sector and they launched The Nonprofit Brain Trust. Since that time, she has
supported many for-profit companies and nonprofit organizations in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.
Over the years, Tammy has helped design and produce a number of newsletters, company brochures, flyers, MS PowerPoint™ presentations, and business cards. She
customizes her services to fit each client's unique administrative needs, and she is equally interested in her clients' success. She has excellent references and is
known for her strong work ethic, efficiency, dedication and ability to anticipate the needs of her colleagues and clients. She currently lives in the Thousand Oaks
area with the youngest of two daughters.
Cathy Medeiros
Cathy has 20+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, many of those years as a small business owner working in a virtual capacity. She has successfully
supported many business executives as a virtual assistant. Contracted work has included graphic design and layout/desktop publishing, writing, editing, word processing,
medical and legal transcription.
Prior to opening her own business, Cathy worked at a large real estate investment company in the San Francisco Bay Area in the marketing administration, property
administration, and public relations departments.
For over 15 years, Cathy has worked producing a monthly 8- to 12-page newsletter for a large community association in Emeryville, California. Her work has also included
design and layout of a number of other newsletters, as well as book and magazine layout and design. She has designed business ads, company brochures, letterhead, and
business cards.
Cathy also developed and taught a successful medical transcription course that included instruction in English grammar, editing/proofreading, medical terminology,
anatomy/physiology, computer and dictaphone use, typing skills/speed building, and how to set up and market a home-based business.
Kristy Hull
Kristy Hull has 6 years of experience working in various areas of the Mortgage Banking industry. During her employment with Countrywide Home Loans she assisted
Homeowners in Foreclosure to qualify for FHA and VA assisted programs. She later ventured to the Origination area where she was in Underwriting. Her last 2 years
with the company were served in the prestigious Premier Lending Group where she assisted in opening and managing five offices. She had the responsibility of
assisting several managers with hiring, training and at times, terminating employees. She supported Managers, Supervisors, and Loan Consultants simultaneously.
In addition, Kristy maintained personnel records, prepared reports, updated the database, and assisted with special projects. Over the years, Kristy has received
numerous recognition and awards on her customer service, performance, training, and her outstanding team work.
Kristy also has 3 years sales experience working for various cosmetic and skincare lines. Her extensive knowledge of the product helped her achieve high sales revenue
and she often was given the responsibility of supervising the team.
